Senior Patrol Leader Training – Beaver Program:

Beaver Program/SPL Training – 2012 Signup Packet Coming Soon! - To improve your unit’s experience at Camp, this program allows you to have your SPL and/or another youth leader arrive one week before your troop. Participants receive:
a thorough orientation to Camp Whitsett so they can be more effective leaders and guides for the troop.
training to improve leadership skills and maximize use of the patrol method.
training in ethical choice making, resolving conflicts and serving as a positive role model for the scouts in the troop
