Camp Documents:

⚜ Beaver Leadership Training. This training is open to each unit’s youth leadership. The program is an orientation for Scouts who are either in leadership roles for the unit or plans to be in leadership roles for the unit in the future.
⚜ Medical Form: This link will take you to the BSA National website, where you can get the latest medical form. For camp you will need parts A, B, and C.

Forms Required at Check-In:

⚜ Medical Form – One for each participant, both youth and adult
⚜ Youth Permission Form (Fillable) – One for each youth attending camp
⚜ California Rifle and Shotgun Permission Form (Fillable) All Scouts must have this form if they wish to shoot at camp.
⚜ Adult Permission Form – one for each adult attending camp
⚜ Attendance Roster – Each unit should have this filled out upon arriving at camp. This will be turned in at check in with all your other paperwork

⚜ Reservation Change Form – Fill out this form to change the number of campers in your troop reservation.
